Reservations for arrivals between 12/8/04-12/19/04 cancelled two days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations for arrivals between 12/8/04-12/19/04 cancelled less than two days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay tax recovery charges, cleaning fees, service fees, and any inclusive surcharges.

Winter cancellations (12/20/04-4/15/05) - Reservations cancelled three days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than three days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of two nights' stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.

Summer cancellations (4/16/05-12/19/05) - Reservations cancelled two days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than two days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A $25 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed.
At time of check in, a credit card imprint or cash deposit of $100 per night is required for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
